Why are so many people still out of work?: the roots of structural unemployment
Because they are realizing they need to own their own company, instead of making a psychotic, creepy boss rich; while dealing with his everyday crap.
Most people who are out of work aren't lazy, they are just choosy when it comes to employer's; as they should be.
